• NO deposits! FULL payment is required before starting ANY order. • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges once payment is made. • Orders are NOT confirmed until payment is received. • NO HOLDS without payment. • Accepted payments: CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay (update as needed).

🎁 CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

• You MUST fill out the Personalization Form to ensure your order is customized. • All orders are uniquely made — no two designs are exactly the same. • Changes must be requested within 12–24 hours of placing your order. • ThegiftCODE reserves creative control if specific items are unavailable (we will match theme/value).

⏰ TURNAROUND TIME

• Standard orders: 4–5 days. • Rush orders (3 days or less): $12 rush fee. • Rush orders are based on availability and are NOT guaranteed.

• Local delivery & shipping available (additional fee applies). • ThegiftCODE is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses provided. • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. • Missed deliveries may require a redelivery fee. • Orders must be picked up at the agreed time — late pickups may result in fees.

💐 MONEY BOUQUET POLICY

• ALL money bouquets are made with REAL money — NO counterfeits. • Once completed, money bouquets cannot be altered or refunded.

📸 MEDIA & PROMOTION

• By purchasing, you agree to allow photos/videos of your order to be used for marketing. • If you prefer privacy, you must notify us in writing before your order is completed.

🚫 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• NO refunds once your order has started. • Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
